FRM03 description :

DRM03 3 channel relay control module, designed specifically for the user design has many different needs, using the microcontroller as main control unit, as many as 18 preset functions, and can be customized according to user needs, and adding other specific features.

Module selects genuine high quality components, military grade PCB plate, comprehensive, stable performance layoutconsiderations, can be widely used in various power control.

Function characteristics:

۱ includes a 3 channel input and output control, each channel can be set separately 18 kinds of function, meet more requirements;

۲ ۶V-40V DC power supply with wide input voltage, anti reversefunction, not because of wrong power supply damage module;

۳ has a red power indicator lights, green terminal input indicator,indicator light blue relay;

A minimum of 4 can be set to 0 seconds timing, timing accuracy of better than ۰٫۰۱ seconds;

۵ automatic power-saving features, users can set up;

۶ of all the options, can be saved automatically, set the contentpower down without losing;

The 7 trigger signal input end user support selection of high level or low level pulse trigger;

A module function

The user can through the keys and display, one of the followingsettings and select ۱۸ kinds of functions, can be set up and thepreservation of function parameters, time parameter setting minimum ۰٫۱ seconds adjustable, precision is better than 0.01seconds, setting up a specific operation instructions, can to the seller to request.

Reminder.

The 1 function of 1-8 power and self starting function, ۹-۱۸requires high (low) level of the pulse signal to trigger the start (high(low) level duration is shorter than the ۲۰ms, the same below),function 9 locking mode, function of 10 level control mode.

Interface X 2 the following text mentioned above, can be any one of the X1-X4 interface.

Function 1:

On delay pull: from electric start delay time after T1, relay, T1 adjustable in 0.1 seconds between -270 hours, any time to the Xinterface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, the reset functionand start running;

Function 2:

Power off delay: power relay, time relay attracting T1, disconnect,T1 adjustable in 0.1 seconds between -270 hours, any time to the X interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, the reset function and start running;

Function 3:

Timing is to disconnect: power relay off, disconnect the T1 arrivaltime relay; operating time T2 after the arrival of relay disconnect,T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours,any time to the X interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal,the reset and restart operation;

Function 4:

Time opening and attracting: power relay, time relay T1 is todisconnect the off time of arrival; T2 relay, T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, any time to the Xinterface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, the reset functionand start running;

Function 5:

Infinite loop mode 1: power relay off, disconnect the T1 arrival timerelay; operating time T2 after the arrival of the relay is switched off,and then repeat the above state; T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, any time to the X interface of a high(low) level of the pulse signal, the functional reduction and startrunning;

Function 6:

Infinite loop mode 2: power relay immediately pull, pull T1 arrivaltime relay off; break time of T2 after the arrival of relay, and thenrepeat the above condition, T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, any time for an X interface (high /low) level pulse signal the reset function, and start running;

Function 7:

Finite cyclic mode 1: power relay off, disconnect the T1 arrival timerelay; operating time T2 after the arrival of the relay is switched off,then repeat NX times above, T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds -9999 seconds, the cycle number NX adjustable ۱-۹۹۹۹ times, at any time to X interface for a high (low) level of the pulse signal, the reset function and start running;

Function 8:

Finite loop timing mode 2: power relay, time relay T1 is todisconnect; off time T2 after the arrival of relay, and then repeat NX times above, T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds -9999 seconds, the cycle number NX adjustable ۱-۹۹۹۹ times, at any time to X interface for a high (low) level of the pulse signal, thereset function and start running;

Function 9:

Latching relay to relay mode: X interface for a high (low) level of the pulse signal, relay, give a high (low) level of the pulse signalrelay disconnect.

Function 10:

Level trigger relay mode (including the time delay disconnectingfunction): the power cut off, to the X interface of a high (low) level signal, relay immediately attracted, X port signal disappears, the relay is still attracting, when the closing time of T1 after the arrival of relay is switched off, the T1 in 0 seconds between -270 hourscan be adjustable.

Note: this function, if T1 is set to 0 seconds, then becomes: X portis high (low) level signal relay, immediately disconnect no signal.

Function 11:

Pull the trigger timing: power relay off, to the X interface of a high(low) level of the pulse signal, the time delay T1 relay, T1 adjustable in 0.1 seconds between -270 hours, repeat to the Xinterface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, repeat the abovefunction;

Function 12:

The trigger timing off: power relay off, to the X interface of a high(low) level of the pulse signal, relay, time relay pull T1 off, T1 adjustable in 0.1 seconds between -270 hours, repeat to the Xinterface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, repeated twice with function;

Function 13:

Pull the trigger timing to disconnect: power relay off, to the Xinterface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, disconnect the T1arrival time relay; operating time T2 after the arrival of relaydisconnect, T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, repeat to the X interface for a high (low) level of the pulse signal, repeat the above function;

Function 14:

Trigger timing off and then pull: power relay off, to the X interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, relay, time relay T1 is todisconnect the off time of arrival; T2 relay, T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, repeat to the X interface a high (low) level of the pulse signal, repeat the abovefunction;

Function 15:

Infinite loop mode 1: power relay off, to the X interface of a high(low) level of the pulse signal, the delay time of T1 after the arrival of relay; operating time T2 after the arrival of the relay is switched off, and then repeat the above action, T1 and T2 can be adjusted in ۰٫۱ seconds between -270 hours, repeated to X the interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, can be re started the above function;

Function 16:

Infinite loop mode 2: power relay off, to the X interface of a high(low) level of the pulse signal, relay, time relay T1 is to disconnect;off time T2 after the arrival of relay, and then repeat the above movements, extending T1 and T2 adjustable between 0.1 second-270 when the X interface, to repeat a high (low) level of the pulse signal, can be re started the above function;

Function 17:

Finite loop timing mode 1: power relay off, to the X interface of ahigh (low) level of the pulse signal, disconnect the T1 arrival timerelay; operating time T2 after the arrival of the relay is switched off,then repeat NX times above, T1 and T2 can be adjusted between 0.1 seconds -9999 seconds, the cycle number NX adjustable ۱-۹۹۹۹ times, repeat to the X interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal, can be re started the above function;

Function 18:

Finite loop timing mode 2: power relay off, to the X interface of ahigh (low) level of the pulse signal, relay immediately pull, pull T1arrival time relay off; break time of T2 after the arrival of relay, and then repeat NX times above, the T1 and T2 in ۰٫۱ seconds -۹۹۹۹ seconds adjustable, cycle number NX adjustable ۱-۹۹۹۹ times,repeat to the X interface of a high (low) level of the pulse signal,can be re started the above function;

Two electrical parameters

Working voltage: DC 8V-32V (recommended limit voltage of the DC6V-40V)

Rated power: static power (less than 0.1W when the relay is not.)

Maximum power (relay all attraction) less than 1.4W

Working temperature: -۲۰  – ۶۰  (limit working temperature range of -30 – ۷۰ )

Load capacity: normally open relay port maximum load capacity:DC 0-30V/10A, AC 0-250V/10A

Normally closed port relay maximum load capacity: DC 0-28V/10A,AC 0-125V/10A

Use restrictions: ۱ relay service life is full of action 100000 times,therefore more suitable for use in high current, low switchingfrequency control applications, is not suitable for use in fast repeated movements of the occasion;

۲ note relay port load margin account, the pure resistance load to have ۱ times more allowance, common inductive or capacitive loadat least 3 times more allowance.

The three module interface

Module voltage / signal input end: 6 line interface, all interfaces areterminal, convenient for the user to use

۱, DC+: the positive terminal of the DC power supply

۲, DC-: the negative electrode of the DC power supply

۳, XCOM: public end photoelectric isolation signal input

۴, X1: input signal detection interface 1

۵, X2: input signal detection interface 2

۶, X3: input signal detection interface 3

Note: the input signal detection interface, can be an active high,can also be active low, the user can through the XCOM portselection, if XCOM is connected to the cathode of the power supply, the X1-X3 is active high, if XCOM is connected to the positive pole of the power supply, the X1-X3 is active low!

Relay output load end: ۱۲ line interface, all interfaces are terminal

۱, NO1: the first relay normally open interface, suspended relay,when short circuit with COM1

۲, COM1: the first relay interface

۳, NC1: the first relay normally closed interface, relay and COM1 shorted, the attraction of suspended

۴, NO2: second relay normally open interface, suspended relay,when short circuit with COM2

۵, COM2: second relay interface

۶, NC2: second relay normally closed interface, relay and COM2 shorted, the attraction of suspended

۷, NO3: the first relay normally open interface, suspended relay,when short circuit with COM1

۸, COM3: the first relay interface

۹, NC3: the first relay normally closed interface, relay and COM1 shorted, the attraction of suspended
